How to do the things you've been putting off?
A lot of us get busy and keep putting things off or we just feel lazy and we don't do it and time passes without reaching our goals and desires.
So how can we fix this? It doesn't need a miracle or too much effort, and don't worry you don't need to attend a course for that, it is easy and simple especially that we all have it. Can you guess what it is?!
It is only 15 minutes, we all have free 15 minutes a day, right? No matter how much you're busy or tierd you have 15 minutes a day, you can excersie, read, call a friend, write or whatever you have been putting off.
The reason why I'm kind of insisting on this rule,is because i tried it at the beginning of this year as one of my new years resolutions and it definitely changed my life and prespective, for example in a day i did 15 minutes of excersie, 15 minutes to read a book, and 15 minutes to learn Turkish on Duolingo,after a while you realize that you can do different things and be more productive and do the things you been delaying and and you will feel more satisfied with your life.
So take my advise and try this 15 minutes rule and believe me it is not just a rule it is a lifestyle.
